As of 2025, Thierry De Ridder has been appointed Managing Director of Golazo Brands Netherlands. He takes over the leadership of the Eindhoven-based team, bringing with him many years of experience in sports marketing and communication.
De Ridder has been active within the Golazo Group for over a decade, most recently serving as Strategic & Communication Director in Belgium. Prior to that, he held positions at Publicis, Grey, and Young & Rubicam, worked for over ten years at Nike Europe, and founded his own agency Talkability, which was later acquired by Sportizon (now Golazo Brands Belgium). He also served as a member of the independent board of the Jupiler Pro League.

The appointment of De Ridder follows the announced departure of Guido Klomp, who is taking the next step in his career after more than ten years at first Triple Double and later Golazo Brands NL. De Ridder adds: “We want to thank Guido for his dedication over the past decade. His leadership has shaped Golazo Brands NL into what it is today, and I look forward to building on that legacy.”
