The Netherlands

Starting with the 2nd round of games of the European Championship, UEFA, in collaboration with Golazo Brands NL, Czar Amsterdam and director Boris Booij, launches the new TV spot of the ‘Get Trained Save Lives’ campaign. The video, featuring soccer icons Rio Ferdinand and Didier Deschamps, highlights the crucial actions of a fellow supporter when a fan suffers heart failure.

It begins with the message “Our hearts beat for football” but soon viewers are confronted with the question, “But if one heart stops beating, are you prepared to save a life?” The commercial emphasizes the importance of CPR and links to the interactive course on get-trained.com.

The spot airs at halftime of all matchday 2 matches of EURO 2024 across Europe, reaching tens of millions football fans. Using the hashtag #GetTrainedSaveLives, the campaign hopes to not only raise awareness, but actually save lives.

Watch the commercial and learn how you can help save lives.
