Hij neemt de leiding over van het team in Eindhoven en brengt jarenlange ervaring in sportmarketing en communicatie mee.<\/strong><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"387\" data-end=\"825\">De Ridder is al meer dan tien jaar actief binnen de Golazo-groep, tot voor kort als Strategic &amp; Communication Director in Belgi\u00eb. Daarvoor bekleedde hij functies bij onder andere Publicis, Grey en Young &amp; Rubicam, en werkte hij ruim tien jaar bij Nike Europe en richtte hij zijn eigen bureau Talkability op, later overgenomen door Sportizon (nu Golazo Brands Belgi\u00eb).
