The interactive CPR training video from UEFA’s ‘Get Trained, Save Lives’ campaign has been honored with a Golden Dolphin Award in Cannes. Golazo Brands, UEFA, and ERC won the award during the international Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards in the ‘interactive videos’ category.
The ‘Get Trained, Save Lives’ campaign, developed by UEFA and ERC (European Resuscitation Council), focuses on the importance of CPR. With cardiac arrest being the third leading cause of death in Europe, the campaign highlights the need for quick action. Every minute counts, as survival chances decrease by 10% per minute.
Golazo Brands developed the ‘Get Trained, Save Lives’ campaign, with the interactive CPR video being a key element. On the dedicated platform www.get-trained.com, football stars such as Ruud Gullit, Erling Haaland, Gareth Bale, and Thierry Henry teach football fans the essential skills of CPR. The interactive video is available in 40 languages.
Golazo Brands is proud of the Dolphin Award. Board member Guido Klomp stated: “It’s an award we didn’t have yet, but I’m especially proud of the fact that our work can actually save lives, by raising awareness and training fans in a fun, interactive way. This award is a reward for this beautiful, creative work, which also has great social importance.”
Earlier this year, Golazo Brands was named ‘second quarter winner’ for the 2024 Gouden Loeki with the TV commercial from the ‘Get Trained, Save Lives’ campaign. It can be viewed here.
